This slipped under my radar, only heard about it by chance the other day.

Stagecoach X24 service now goes to Glasgow airport as of June.

Via Kincardine, and good time range - nice one, thanks Stagecoach.

Sure my parents used that before June this year. Good service to have.

It has been. It's also very handy for early morning commuters to Glasgow. What some people also don't realise is that you can get an East of Scotland Day ticket which allows you to travel all day on Stagecoach buses in Fife, Tayside etc but also includes Glasgow up to Braehead shopping centre (possibly even the airport now I think about it) which is cheaper than a day return to Glasgow. It's actually very good value at about £13.

East Scotland Dayrider does take you to Glasgow Airport, Edinburgh Airport, Livingston, Perth, Dundee etc and even Aberdeen on the X7 if you change at Perth

Similarly if you travel to Perth from Halbeath P&R don't buy a return which is about £14, ask for a Tayside Dayrider which is only £7.70 and allows you to travel from Halbeath to Perth as much as you want for a day (and onwards to Dundee via Perth and within Perth itself)
